"Convient but maybe long 40-min walk to Metro-13 line for 20-min ride to Downtown (contributrd to our 20,000+ steps/day for a week); Quiet and secure. Downtown Chatelet bars, bakeries, morning market, park, and food shopping in nearby (10 min) more-upscale Chatelet village was a definite positive"

"The broken, floppy, on its last legs, kitchen-sink faucet. The washing machine with the broken spin cycle. The bathtub-shower half wall that really didn’t keep the floor dry. All easily fixed!"

"Location near some shops, including bakery (boulangery) walking distance: 2 min (closed on Thursday, but second one 5 min down the street). Clean, comfortable bathroom/shower. Washing machine, kitchen: cooking was easy and fridge was more than large enough for only 3 days. Decoration 'international' culture, which makes it nice. The second room was attached to the living room - best for the ones who go bed last of the company, since you can hear noise from the living room."
